Appreciative stories in Massimo Dutti and Friselva
The Madavi team is immersed in new projects, such as those being developed at Massimo Dutti and Friselva, a leading company in the pork sector.
At Madavi we designed and facilitated a first Summit with, as a starting point, a selection of Massimo Dutti Style Advisors from all over Spain and Portugal.
A spectacular day on which talent made itself visible and multiple initiatives for further development were identified!

And the same at Friselva. We have already held a second mini-summit with them at which some incredible stories were shared, full of humility, generosity and strength. A session in which we shared the more than 1,000 internal interviews that had been conducted among company colleagues.
The Friselva project is one that lasts for several months, and the final milestone is the face-to-face Summit that we will facilitate with more than 1,000 people who all form part of this great company.
To reach this Summit we are facilitating several mini-summits for about 120 people each. These people become “appreciative facilitators” and will be an essential part of the development of the summit. When you work with a company in which goals and purposes go so hand-in-hand, the ambition is great and, at times, the emotion can overwhelm you.
But what is a ‘summit’?
At Madavi, we change the way that organizations change; and to do so, instead of analyzing problems, we inquire about what we call “Summit Moments”.
A Summit is a collaborative event for many: 20, 50, 100, 200 people or more. When a Summit is held, it brings together, at the same time and place, all the people necessary to achieve success and create collective action towards an attractive image of the future.
At the first Summit we experienced the power of “Change the way we change”. Two-on-two interviews were carried out, something that we call unusual couples. For example, if the issue is to improve teamwork, the research looks into the best teamwork stories, those moments when people have performed at a very high level, moments which made the protagonists feel proud.
