With ACCIÓ, we participated in the transformation process in which they are seeking to ensure their position as a reference point for the companies they serve. To help them achieve their aspirations, we designed a process of generating a space, defined with the “Change Agents”, on what the ACCIÓ of the future should be like, based on everything that had already been achieved in the process, giving a voice to the entire system and allowing talent to emerge so that change occurs at a greater speed.
Specifically, we designed and facilitated a “Change Summit” in which the “Change Agents” exchanged their best experiences and aligned their aspirations to design, within the areas of opportunity already defined, tangible and quickly implemented initiatives.
We continue supporting the work teams in sessions in which they share progress they have made and establish the best way to continue moving forward.
