In collaboration with FPdGI in the Program: Sponsoring Talent

I have had the privilege of participating as a speaker at the Annual Meeting of Sponsoring Talent program, which performs successfully the Foundation Princess of Girona and attend the FPdGI awards ceremony by the Kings of Spain.

It is a social mentoring program that aims to increase the employability of young people who are the first generation in their family to get a higher qualification, ensuring equal opportunities in access to the labor market.

I led a workshop about: The new era of teamwork: collective intelligence. It is very rewarding to work with these young people, who have great initiative, creativity, talent and innovative capacity.
