Process with EFI Spain

We started a process in last September with EFI Spain, leaders in printing transformation from analog to digital.

Sustainable growth along with great customer orientation is the goal of EFI Spain for the coming years.

In December we facilitated a two-day Summit with a representation of the EFI Spain subset, and the worldwide ecosystem. We were 75 people in the room.

The talent, the ability to work, the motivation along with the collective intelligence and all the strengths that were in the room made it a great success. From there emerged 6 areas of opportunity converted into projects in which we are now working.
