The Road to Optimal Service
Summit of two days “The Road to Optimal Service”. 108 people attended, a subset of all the people who form part of the service chain. It is a question of acting with autonomy, agility, and interdependence to offer exceptional service.
We passed through different phases: Having discovered what we have, the positive core, we visualised our dream and worked on different areas of opportunity to achieve it. We prototyped and designed the road map of the different areas of opportunity.
