Massimo Dutti wanted to develop its growth in the face-to-face channel through improvements in the customer experience. To define this new experience, they focused on their Style Advisors, a key figure in their stores due to the ability to influence customers as well as the rest of the staff.
At Madavi we designed and facilitated a first Summit with a representation of the system: a selection of Style Advisors from all over Spain and Portugal as a starting point for a project that included all Style Advisors.
With them, we identified the strengths and values on which to base new growth: the things they already had which were exceptional. We also defined the areas of opportunity and the projects to launch in order to initiate that growth.
A spectacular day in which talent flourished and multiple initiatives to go further were identified.
