Project with RIC Energy

RIC Energy is a company specialized in the development of photovoltaic projects with great success in growth and team in the last couple of years. 

They wanted to identify key areas of sustained growth while keeping in touch with their origins and values. We spent 2 days in September in the Parador de Sigüenza with a team of over 100 people working from their strengths in strategies to answer their ambition and vocation of long-term growth.

A more connected team with key hands-on ideas to develop arose from that session.
