Smart Team – Danone Waters
This team of 25 people wants to be a Smart team. The objective is to create Marketing actions which are highly innovative and centered in “activating” the 4 water brands of Danone in France.
Smart is to use the transversal strengths, to be highly efficient and to surprise ….“Smart is the New Rich”.
As is usual, in Danone, we shall find a young team, highly prepared and with the necessary ambition to succeed. It is a pleasure to interact with them.
The mini two day summit on the outskirts of Paris came up with a design of 5 areas of opportunity which are highly innovative and engages the whole team in a new ambition.
