Project with Technica Electronics

Technica Electronics is an electronic solutions company specialized in automotive.

The leaders of their R&D Unit, split between Munich and Barcelona, participated on June the 30th and July 1st in Món San Benet, in a summit to align strategies and ways of working.

From an analysis of their strengths and competitive advantages, they defined 5 strategic growth axis and designed key projects for their immediate future.

For Technica top executives it was key (after two years of the pandemic) to have a situation point: a gathering to affiance their vision, take impulse, and define the next steps for a successful future for the whole team.
