Appreciative Inquiry summit with Volvo Trucks
We have carried out a process of Appreciative Inquiry with a representation of the entire Volvo team: 50 people from the Brand and Dealers .
The aim was to align strengths to deliver exceptional service to customers, creating together a barely imitable competitive advantage.
During the session it became feasible the pride of belonging to the company, leader in this industry.
The result was innovative, result of collective intelligence. We are all more clever than each of us .
